As the fog starts to roll in a Pacific National standard gauge grain train headed towards Geelong passes through a railway level crossing. The train dips its headlight as it nears my filming position, so I know a Melbourne bound train must be approaching. Sure enough I turn around to see the headlights of an approaching V/line Sprinter passenger train have also been dimmed for a moment. The passenger train headlight returns to full power allowing us to see the grain hoppers in the distance, and then the passenger train makes its safe passage across the level crossing. .
