Cox is a New York investment banker harbouring political ambitions at home in the States.

From becoming a "real woman" after climbing the Great Wall, tasting some of the most amazing dishes, watching spectacular shows, getting cooking lessons from the chefs themselves, visiting one of the largest spice markets, seeing cute baby pandas, and gaining cultural and culinary knowledge from Martin Yan himself, this was an experience that has truly opened my eyes. Malraux told Nixon: "Your trip [his upcoming historic trip to China] can change the whole future of the world." The Minister of Agriculture & Rural Development in the 6 County Executive Sinn Féin MLA Michelle O'Neill challenges the British MOD over their £600,000 bill for the use of helicopters to bring much needed supplies and help to stranded farmers and isolated communities during the severe snow storms at the start of the year.
