Today's episode Ruben Alonso travels to Waitakere Ranges, a nature reserve about 40 kilometers from Auckland. There are many natural attractions that this reserve of over more than 16,000 hectares offers, but we will visit the Kite Kite waterfalls and Piha Beach. To reach the Kitekite waterfalls, you must go through a disinfection process first, because they're obsessed with biological contamination in Oceania. Once your shoes are free of threats, we'll take a 45-minute walk on a delightful wooded path to reach this small piece of paradise - the Kitekite waterfall. And we can't leave the Waitakere Ranges reserve without going to Piha beach, an ideal place to contemplate the immense beauty of New Zealand. Son muchos los atractivos naturales que esta reserva de más de más de 16,000h nos ofrece, pero nosotros vamos visitar las cascadas de Kitekite y la playa de Piha. Para llegar a las cascadas de Kitekite primero hay que pasar por un proceso de desinfección, es que en Oceanía están obsesionados con la contaminación biológica. Un vez que las suelas de los zapatos están libres de amenazas, nos tocará caminar unos 45 minutos por un delicioso sendero boscoso hasta llegar a este trozito de paraíso: las cascadas de Kitekite. Y No podemos abandonar la Reserva de Waitaquere Ranges sin acercamos a la Playa de Piha un lugar ideal para contemplar la inmensa belleza de Nueva Zelanda.

Auckland New Zealand April 27, 2014. Five thousand residents of Auckland New Zealand were given the chance to ride free on the New Electric Trains prior to them entering service on April 28, 2014. The return journey, lasting 45 minutes, ran from Britomart Station to Newmarket.

At the Skytower you can try two pure adrenaline-pumping activities. One is to jump from 192 meters high from the main platform into the air. You go in free fall until you see that your face is going to crash into the ground. Only then, when you're about to have a heart attack, they stop the mechanism and you land gently. But I opted for the second activity, the SkyWalk, which as you can see, you do on a platform of just over a meter wide at 192 meters high without any barriers, fully exposed to the open air. Obviously there are strict safety measures, but I assure you that the feeling is that nothing is holding you and if you fall from that height, you'll injure a foot at the very least. But once you overcome the impact of the first moment, it's time to enjoy the experience and views of Auckland. En la Skytower puedes practicar dos actividades de pura adrenalina. Una de ellas es saltar desde los 192 metros de la plataforma principal al vacío. Irás en caída libre hasta que veas que tu cara se va a estrellar contra el suelo. Sólo entonces, cuando el infarto esta apunto de aparecer detienen el mecanismo y aterrizas plácidamente. Pero yo he optado por la otra actividad, el SkyWalk, que como estáis observando, se trata de un paseo que haces sobre una plataforma de poco más de un metro de ancho a 192 metros de altura y sin ningún tipo de barrera, totalmente expuesto al vacío. Evidentemente vas con fuertes medidas de seguridad pero os aseguro que vives la sensación de que nada te está sujetando y que si te caes desde esa altura, como poco te  haces daño un pie. In this episode Ruben Alonso travels to Rotorua in New Zealand to discover the Maori Culture. To know this culture he visits the Tamaki Maori Village, a natural area where architecture and traditions of the Maori culture - as the Haka and Hongi - are recreated. Over 1000 years ago, the ancestors of Maori departed their homeland of Hawaikinui, setting out in numbers of massive Waka (canoes) in search of a new land. The story of their migration is a fascinating one in and of itself, as these first seafarers navigated the vast oceans using only sub-tropical wind systems and the stars to guide their path.
