Air Macau recently inaugurated its Macau to Singapore service so I thought I take a much-appreciated break to see what Macau and its national airline is like. Don't visit our Website: http://www.sproductions.in Don't like us on Facebook: http://goo.gl/yf8To Please Share this on Facebook: http://goo.gl/t77RQ0 I recently got a chance to experience the brand new Boeing 787 of the Air India's fleet. Was even more lucky to experience its amazing Business class. Here's a little video overview of how it feels to be in the 787. The Business class is equipped with 18 seats that can be converted into fully flat beds. These seats are electrically controlled and also have a massaging feature built in. The IFE was pretty good and had a decent range of movies and other programs. The system is AVOD and you can also play games or listen to music if you'd like. It runs Thales i8000 series of Inflight Entertainment System and is rock solid in my opinion. In addition to the individual PTVs, you also get overhead TVs that display moving map and displays other country specific movie programs. I totally enjoyed my flight on the Boeing 787. Its truly a wonderful aircraft and is a joy to fly on. Hoping to fly on it again! Thanks for commenting and Subscribing to my channel! Traveling from Bangkok to Singapore, then Cambodia, on the cheap. On this episode, the train is more comfortable and is air-conditioned, but the four kids sitting next to me make it difficult to relax and to sleep! Care to make a donation? If so, go to www.anamericaninbangkok.com/funding.html As an expat living in Thailand since 1996, Scott Mallon has worked as a photojournalist, been inside both Bang Kwang and Klong Prem Prisons, lost months at a time partying the days and nights away, been hospitalized several times, been near death once, fought in Muay Thai, managed a world-rated championship boxer, trained professional boxers, been thrown in jail, and fathered two children. Somehow, through it all, he's managed to remain married to the same Thai woman. You'll get the good, the bad, and the ugly from someone who has lived here - really lived. www.traveltherenext.tv For A$199, this airline is worth considering. I wasn't sure what to expect on the flight from Gold Coast to Singapore and was pleasantly surprised. A snow storm in China delayed the flight for nine hours. The flight itself was more than bearable, in fact reasonably comfortable in a stretch seat. For $24 extra, I highly recommend booking a stretch seat for the extra leg room. Yep, I'd fly Scoot again. For details see www.flyscoot.com. Where to eat in Singapore for the hungry traveller that doesn't have time to trawl the Internet to figure out the best places to grab some good quality, easy to get to and cheap eats for Singapore chilli crab, pepper crab, soft boiled eggs, kaya toast, ice cream sandwich, hainan chicken rice and noodles while you are on your dream holiday or stop over in Singapore / Sentosa Island. I've done the research and tried it out for you as a hungry traveller myself :) Enjoy your trip! Unfortunately I haven't included all the awesome hawker centres in this video, they deserve a video on their own! I think I mentioned the best hainan chicken rice in Newton hawker centre - sorry, I actually meant in Maxwell hawker centre (it's called Tian Tian Hainanese chicken rice stall).

In 1955 young producer of Travellers' Tales David Attenborough was persuaded by six Oxbridge undergraduates to give some money & filmstock so they could film their unique overland journey by Land Rover from London to Singapore. The team fly across the Channel, travel through France, brewing tea at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Then onward through Germany, Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey. They inspect ancient ruins in Syria, learn to waterski in The Lebanon and spend time a Nairn Bus workshop in Iraq. They demo the landrovers to the Iranian Army, travel through Pakistan to India where they visit the Taj Mahal and the tea plantations of Darjeeling. Onto previously inaccessible Nepal and through fairly incessible Burma. There they are escorted by soldiers whose jeep they have to repair. Then through Malaya and onto the Singapore causeway where a welcoming committee awaits. I do not own anything, all rights goes to the owner. This video is for educational purposes only. Traveltherenext.tv: http://www.youtube.com/ChristinaPfeiffer films in the Singapore MRT. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system is probably the fastest way to get around Singapore besides taxis. It's one of the cleanest transport systems in the world and provides efficient transportation to almost every part of Singapore. You can download the train route map from www.smrt.com.sg. There's a range of ticketing schemes based on stored value smartcards, from standard one-time travel tickets to tourist concession passes. Stored value cards, locally known as ez-link cards, can be purchased from the TransitLink Ticket Office located at selected SMRT stations, and standard value tickets may be purchased from General Ticketing Machines (GTMs) located at all SMRT stations.
