Away We Go

I went on a kitesurfing adventure a few weeks ago, and my instructor was a little Italian guy with an accent. He had to keep reminding me “Bar Away”...which essentially means to relax, loosen the grip and “let go” in order to gain more control. It was totally counter-intuitive. Since then, when I find myself gripping or resisting the flow of life - I hear his voice saying “Bar Away” and it makes me not only laugh, but immediately relax! #TravelTuesday
