蘭州手拉麵製作. This is part of my 2010 Silk Road China Trip. The making of Lanzhou Lamian is very popular in every household. It takes about 5 hours to make noodle soup and is considered typical breakfast for the local people. Not only fun to watch, the beef noodle soup is very delicious.
