Three "SCT class" locomotives (SCT008, SCT011, and SCT006) arrive at Gheringhap loop late in the day with around 1.5km of boxcars, refrigerated wagons, and container wagons bound for Adelaide and Perth. The tank wagon directly behind the locomotives is used for refueling the locomotives during this very long journey. The sucess of the SCT class locomotives has lead to a number of similar locomotives including the LDP, TT and WH class locomotives entering service with other operators.
