When I arrived in Luleå and read that you could go #hovercrafting in the archipelago, I was instantly sold. Because really...how often do you get to go out in a hovercraft all the way to the edge of the pack ice on the Gulf of Bothnia? These tours last around 3 hours and, while quite expensive, let you see something not many other visitors get to see, given the lack of public transport options in the Luleå archipelago in winter.
