Empellon al Pastor - A third restaurant from the East Village's resident fancy taco expert. Alex Stupak has taken over the former Sushi Lounge space on St. Marks, with plans to turn it into a mini tortilla factory. The new bar/restaurant will be centered around a tortilla production facility, which will also supply fresh tortillas to both Empellon Cocina and Empellon Taqueria. 132 St. Marks Pl. and Ave A
