Hong Kong Eggtarts! Kam Wah’s is still a solid proposition – buttery & flakey pastry on the outside, smooth-as-velvet custard within. My one qualm was that it wasn’t bursting with an eggy flavour, which could turn out to be a positive for someone else’s palate. For me, I expect egginess when I eat an egg tart, something not received.
